Brian Pearson

Brian Pearson joined the Company in October of 2020 as the Director of Transactions. Brian is responsible for the negotiation and execution of the Company’s acquisition and disposition activities.

Prior to joining the Company, Brian was an attorney at Kaplan Voekler Cunningham & Frank. He was a partner in the firm’s Real Estate Practice and was responsible for all aspects of commercial real estate including preparing, negotiating, and managing complex transactions.

Before practicing law, Brian was a Captain in the United States Army Finance Corps and served in Germany, Poland, Turkey, Kuwait, and Iraq. Brian was awarded a Bronze Star Medal for his service during Operating Iraqi Freedom II. He holds a Juris Doctor from Indiana University School of Law and a Bachelor of Science from the United States Military Academy.

In his free time, Brian enjoys playing golf, hikes with Bear and spending quality time with his family, Stacy, Alex and Abby.
