John Drain

John Drain is a skilled developer with extensive experience in project management and urban planning. They served as Development Manager at Bedrock Detroit from 2019 to 2024 and are currently the Director of Development at Agree Realty Corporation, a role they have held since 2025. Previously, John gained valuable experience as an Assistant Project Manager at REDICO from 2013 to 2015, as well as roles in various capacities including Project Manager and Analyst. John began their career as an Intern Architect at Katinas Bruckwick Architecture from 2006 to 2009 and holds a B.A. in Architecture from Miami University and an M.U.P. in Urban Planning and Real Estate from the University of Michigan.
