Taylor Bean

Taylor Bean is an experienced professional in the agribusiness sector, currently serving as Production Manager and Processing Unit Manager at AgReserves, Inc. since May 2015. In this role, Taylor manages over 150 employees during peak seasons and oversees all aspects of walnut processing, ensuring efficiency and quality through Lean Six Sigma principles. Previous experience includes serving as a Teaching Assistant at the College of Agriculture and Applied Sciences, Vice President of the Entrepreneurship Club at the Jeffrey D. Clark Center for Entrepreneurship, and as a Supply Chain Intern at PepsiCo, where significant cost savings were achieved. Taylor's foundation in agriculture began as a Farm Hand at Bean Brothers Farm and further developed through diverse roles, including a Truck Driver and Spanish Language Instructor. Taylor holds a Bachelor of Science in Agribusiness from Utah State University and is currently pursuing a Master of Business Administration at the University of South Dakota.
