Damien Loisel is currently the Group General Counsel at Groupe Agrial, specializing in M&A, taxation, contract law, corporate law, competition law, and general business law. They previously held roles as Head of Legal Affairs at Agrial from 2013 to 2015 and as a lawyer at both Avril and A3C from 2001 to 2012. Damien obtained a DESS in Taxation from Université de Rouen in 2000 and is pursuing an Executive Master in General Counsel at Sciences Po, expected to conclude in 2023.
