Agricultural Technologies is building an ultra-fresh produce company, starting with premium strawberries.

The finest berries rarely survive the journey to the people who want them most. Picked unripe to endure the road, they arrive looking right and tasting wrong. The founder and core team have been solving this one problem since 2012.

It began with home experiments and a simple question: what would a strawberry taste like if it never had to travel? The answer required building everything in-house — the lighting, the automation, the growing protocols, the software. There were no off-the-shelf solutions for growing premium berries in a fully controlled environment, so every generation of the platform was designed, built and proven in commercial production. In founder-led operations in Russia, berries grown on the platform reached federal retail shelves and received independent product-quality recognition.

The company defines its market as Ultra-Fresh Produce: premium crops whose quality is especially sensitive to harvest ripeness, time and distance. It scales through wholly owned farms and joint ventures with regional leaders, keeping the core platform — aeroponics, climate, lighting, automation, FarmOS and agronomic protocols — under central control, and validating local economics before industrial replication.

The initial focus is the GCC, where premium demand, import dependence and food-security priorities meet the need for arid-climate production. Premium berries can be grown year-round in any climate.

Our promise: harvested at peak ripeness and available the same day.

Growth follows one sequence: validate, learn, standardise, finance, replicate.

We are open to strategic partnerships across the GCC — Saudi Arabia, the UAE, Qatar, Kuwait, Bahrain and Oman.
