Anja Böll

Anja Böll currently serves as a People & Culture Manager at HANS IM GLÜCK Franchise GmbH since April 2024. Previously, Anja held the position of People & Culture Coordinator at munevo GmbH from April 2023 to February 2024, and worked as a Working Student in Human Resources at Agrilution (a Miele subsidiary) from July 2021 to March 2023. Anja's early experience includes roles at Universität Passau as a Student Assistant focusing on the INDIGO network, as well as internships in Human Resources at Continental and event management at Passauer Neue Presse GmbH. Anja's international experience also includes an internship in intercultural communication and training at Volkswagen de México. Anja pursued a Master of Arts in International and Cultural Business Studies from Universität Passau and a Bachelor of Arts in European Studies from the same university, along with studies at Universidad de Málaga and Universidad del Desarrollo.
