Scott Ford

Scott Ford has worked in various roles since 1990. Scott began their career as an Attorney at Duvin, Cahn & Barnard in 1990. In 1993, they moved to the Ohio Lottery Commission where they worked as a Labor Relations Officer administering labor relations for 11 facilities and bargaining and administering two union contracts. In 2006, they joined University Circle Inc. as an HR Manager, Legal Counsel and Corporate Secretary and later as an HR Manager/Legal Counsel. In 2015, they became the Chief Talent Officer & General Counsel at Cleveland Eye Clinic. In 2020, they moved to Midwest Vision Partners as the Platform Chief Talent Officer & Counsel, leading HR and in-house Legal/Compliance functions for MVP and its multiple practices in Ohio and Michigan. In 2022, they will join AgriNomix LLC as the Human Resources Director.

Scott Ford received their J.D. from Vanderbilt University Law School in 1990 and their A.B. from Kenyon College in 1985, where they studied Political Science and IPHS.
