Seth Young

Seth Young began their career in 2001 as a Project Manager for WATER CONCERN, LTD. where they built and maintained critical relationships with key clientele, engineered and coordinated the development of irrigation construction plans, and supervised a staff of designers. In 2008, they joined American Sugar Refining Inc. as a Corporate Project Engineer where they were responsible for the development, bidding, installation, and project management of corporate engineering capital projects at five facilities throughout the United States. Currently, they are the Implementation and Service Manager at AgriNomix LLC, where they manage a team of technical specialists and the associated parts department responsible for the implementation of horticultural equipment. Seth also provides oversight to ensure implementations are completed on time and within budget, and ensures high customer satisfaction by providing training, as-built documentation, and spare parts lists. Additionally, they serve as a Key Account Manager, developing and maintaining trusting relationships with major clients to gain a full understanding of their needs and requirements.

Seth Young obtained a Bachelor's degree in Ornamental Horticulture from California State Polytechnic University-Pomona between 1996 and 2001. Seth then went on to obtain a Masters of Engineering Management from Ohio University between 2016 and 2018.
