The Company owns and operates a urea manufacturing plant located at Mianwali, as well as a facility for the manufacture of Single Super Phosphate (SSP), which is located at Haripur Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (KPK) Province. The Company's products are sold under the brand name TARA in the fertilizer market. It operates a hospital at its Daudkhel site, which includes care facilities, including emergency, labor and gynecology and minor surgery. Its center provides medical care to its employees and the community.
