Aftab Alam is a scientific specialist who has worked in the field of agriculture for over 20 years. Aftab has consulted for the Food and Agriculture Organization of the United Nations, Wave Green, A&A Epiphany, and Edenworks. Aftab is currently the vice president of agriculture at King Abdullah Universiy of Science and Technology in Saudi Arabia. Their research focuses on sustainable agricultural practices that can be used to improve food security in developing countries.
Aftab Alam completed their schooling from Aquaponics, Aquaculture and Urban Agriculture. Aftab then pursued a Doctor of Philosophy - PhD from Applied Aquaculture and Fisheries. After that, they did their Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Zoology (Hydrobiology, Fisheries and Aquaculture) from Aligarh Muslim University. Lastly, they completed their Master's Degree in MPhil in Zoology (Hydrobiology, Fisheries and Aquaculture) from Aligarh Muslim University.
