Wesley Lima

Wesley Lima has extensive experience in human resources, having held various leadership roles in major organizations. From February 2019 to August 2021, Wesley served as Coordenador de Recursos Humanos at Hypofarma, overseeing a wide array of functions including recruitment, compensation, benefits, and personnel budget management. Subsequently, from March 2022 to February 2024, Wesley was Coordenador de Remuneração e Benefícios at Afya, focusing on similar areas while also utilizing People Analytics tools such as Power BI. Previous positions include Analista de recursos humanos sênior at Lear Corporation, Supervisor de Call Center at AlmavivA do Brasil, and various other HR roles at Grupo Pardini and FCA Fiat Chrysler Automobiles. Currently, Wesley is the Gerente de Recursos Humanos e Facilities at Agrivalle Brasil, continuing to leverage skills in compensation, budget oversight, and organizational design. Wesley holds a degree in Gestão Financeira and a postgraduate degree in Gestão de Pessoas from Pontifícia Universidade Católica de Minas Gerais.
