David Ward

David Ward has over 25 years of experience in the agricultural industry. David began their career in 1993 as an Operations Manager for Golden Harvest Seeds, where they supervised 3 plants and 20 employees in seed production, processing, warehouse and delivery to customers and dealers. In 2001, they became Research and Product Development Manager for Quality Technology International, Inc., where they designed and managed all research and product development projects for the value-added grain business of Itochu Corporation. In 2008, they joined Monsanto Company as Global Breeding Regulatory Compliance and Trait Quality Lead, where they led the Field Compliance and Trait Quality program for Breeding programs in over 20 countries. In 2012, their role was expanded to include Canola, Wheat, Sorghum and Sugarcane team responsibility. In 2016, they joined Agrivida, Inc. as Product Development Manager, where they are managing USDA regulated and non-regulated agronomic field trials in the USA and other world regions.

David Ward obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Agriculture, Agriculture Operations, and Related Sciences from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign. David also holds a Certified Crop Advisor certification from the American Society of Agronomy.
