Claudio R. has extensive experience in the field of information technology across various industries. Claudio currently serves as the Chief Information Officer (CIO) at AgroFresh since February 2023. Previously, they worked at Noven Pharmaceuticals for over 12 years, holding the position of Executive Director & Head of IT. In this role, they were responsible for overseeing all aspects of Information Technology and Security, collaborating with executives across multiple departments, and managing the IT budget. Prior to that, Claudio R. worked at Stiefel Laboratories as the Executive Director of Global Shared Technology Services from 2007 to 2010. Claudio also held various positions at Pfizer, including Senior Manager in IT, Customer Relationship Management - IT, Senior Projects Manager Global Engineering - IT, Projects Manager Global Network Services IT, Project Leader Global Network Services - IT, and Senior Application Analyst - Corporate Finance. Throughout their career, Claudio R. has demonstrated strong leadership skills and the ability to develop and implement successful IT strategies.

Claudio R. received a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from The Ohio State University, where they studied from 1988 to 1993. Claudio also obtained several additional certifications, including ITIL Service Management Essentials from Pink Elephant in 2007, Leadership Development Program from the Center for Creative Leadership in 2006, Lean Six Sigma Green Belt from Six Sigma Advantage in 2006, and (ISC)2 Security CISSP (ISC2-CISSP) from (ISC)² in December 2020.
