Tomás Montes

Tomás Montes is a professional with diverse experience in management and operations across various industries. Currently serving as Ingeniero de Gestión en Ventas Internacionales at Agrosuper since October 2025, Tomás oversees sales goals and performance alerts for Agro America and Agro México. Previously, Tomás held the position of Product Manager at Grupo Axo®, where responsibilities included stock management and commercial planning for multiple retail stores in Chile, alongside leadership roles in purchasing committees. As a co-founder of Montes Service | Bike Shop, Tomás successfully established and managed a bicycle service business. Additional experience includes a role as Business Operations Analyst at eDarkstore, where project integration with marketplaces enhanced fulfillment processes, and as Ingeniero Obra Gruesa at IGS, contributing to efficiency improvements in large-scale construction projects. Tomás holds a degree in Industrial Engineering from Universidad de los Andes, completed in 2023.
