Renato Soares is a seasoned professional in human capital and business consulting with nearly 20 years of experience. Currently, Renato serves as the Senior Human Resources Consultant and is a member of the Advisory Committee on People and Compensation at Agrotools, where they provide expertise in people management strategies. Previously, Renato held the position of Business Unit Leader at Tack TMI and was an executive committee member at Gi Group Holding Brasil, where they successfully restructured operations and achieved substantial revenue growth.
