AGS Managements was founded in 2019 with the mission of helping businesses grow and providing professional management and experience within the construction industry to make projects smoother, more efficient, and more profitable for owners and investors.
In 2023, we made the strategic decision to launch our own operational platform, and in 2024 we began qualifying and activating our own contractor licenses. Today, AGS is led by a fully licensed Florida General Contractor, Roofing Contractor, and Plumbing Contractor, allowing us to operate as a true multi-trade contractor group under one unified brand and management structure.
The name AGS represents the founder’s children and reflects a legacy-driven vision built on responsibility, long-term growth, and excellence in execution.
AGS Managements oversees and coordinates General Construction, Commercial Roofing, Plumbing, HVAC, and large-scale renovation and development projects. Our core clients include HOAs, property management companies, developers, and commercial investors who require technical compliance, reliable execution, and a single point of accountability.
