Kelsy Boyd

Kelsy Boyd has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Kelsy is currently working as the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) at VAS and AgSource, starting in 2022. Prior to this, they held the position of Fractional Controller/CFO at a company from May 2021 to August 2022. Kelsy also served as the EVP-Finance & Accounting/Chief Financial Officer at Sonic Foundry Inc. from December 2019 to April 2021. Before that, they worked as a Fractional Controller/CFO as a self-employed professional from January 2018 to December 2019. From September 2015 to October 2017, Kelsy served as the Budget Manager/Finance Director at the Village of McFarland. Earlier in their career, they held the role of Chief Financial Officer at Sani-Matic from June 2006 to June 2014. Additionally, Kelsy has experience as an Oracle and Financial Consultant at Sony Media Software & Services from June 2003 to May 2006. Prior to that, they held various positions at Sonic Foundry, including Sr. Director of Operations from May 2002 to June 2003 and Controller from August 1996 to May 2002. Kelsy started their career as a Studio Manager at Smart Studios from March 1994 to August 1996.

Kelsy Boyd holds a Bachelor's degree in Accounting and Finance from the University of North Dakota. Kelsy has not obtained any additional certifications such as a Certified Public Accountant (CPA).
