Darrin Rayl is an experienced regional leader in the agricultural and grain management sectors, currently overseeing operations at AgState since October 2022. Prior roles include plant manager at Cargill, where responsibilities spanned from managing the Salina facility to overseeing operations across multiple locations in Central Kansas, as well as plant management positions at Temco and The Scoular Company. Darrin Rayl began a career in the industry at Mulvane co-op as a merchant and assistant manager. Educational achievements include an applied science degree in agriculture from Cowley County Community College.
