Bill Cope

Bill Cope has extensive experience in the civil construction software industry, currently serving as Vice President of Corporate Accounts and Vice President of Marketing at AGTEK Development Company, Inc. since December 1997. In these roles, Bill manages national key accounts, promotes digital file sharing between state DOTs and contractors, and influences product development for efficient bid reviews and project management. Prior positions include Southwest Regional Sales Rep at AGTEK, where Bill was responsible for marketing and sales initiatives, and Civil Construction Division Manager at PLUS 3 Software, where Bill pioneered the adaptation of software for civil contractors. Bill also worked as Southeast Regional Sales Rep at AGTEK, consulting on productivity tools for construction equipment.
