Stefan Barrett

Stefan Barrett has worked in the technology industry since 1998. Stefan began their career at Sage as a Developer and then moved to Syspas and Misys Banking Systems in the same role. In 2005, they joined Lehman Brothers as a Senior Developer. From 2008 to 2021, they worked at Nomura as Vice President of Global Markets IT, where they worked on a number of different applications. In 2019, they joined AgUnity as CTO, where they focused on the Microsoft stack, blockchain, IoT, Solidity, cloud services, and SQL Server. In 2021, they became the Creator of AgriUT, a digital reward token that enables consumers to directly reward farmers.

Stefan Barrett holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Nottingham Trent University. Stefan also has two certifications from Microsoft: MCAD: Microsoft .NET, which they obtained in August 2002, and MCPS: Microsoft Certified Professional, which they obtained in January 2000.
