Lena Head

Lena Head has over 8 years of experience in the agriculture industry. Lena began their career in 2013 at AGCO Corporation, where they held roles as Global Product Manager - GSI Grain Storage, Product Manager, Storage & Accessories - North America, Aftermarket Sales & Marketing, Project Manager - New Product Development and Marketing Communications Specialist. In 2021, they joined AgVend as Director of Partnership Management and Senior Partnership Manager. Lena was also the Founder & Site Manager of AGCO Acceleration Center, where they were solely responsible for founding and developing AGCO's first University Innovation Center at the University of Illinois Research Park.

Lena Head received their Bachelor of Science degree in Agriculture and Consumer Economics; Agribusiness Markets & Management from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign in 2013. Lena then went on to earn their Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the same university in 2018. In 2016, Lena obtained a Certificate of Project Management: Planning, Scheduling and Control from the University of Wisconsin-Madison School of Business - Executive Education. Additionally, they obtained an Action Selling Certified certification from The Sales Board in January 2016.
