Coby Sella is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in the technology sector, currently serving as Chief Executive Officer at Agwa since December 2025. Prior to this role, Sella was Chief Executive Officer at Axilion Smart Mobility - AI from September 2021 to December 2025 and held leadership positions at Unispectral as President and CEO from October 2016 to September 2021. Sella's career also includes a role as VP Products & Technology in the IoT Business Unit at Arm following the acquisition of Sansa Security, where Sella served as CEO from August 2010 to July 2015. Earlier experience includes positions at Zoran as Vice President & General Manager and at DSPG as Logic Design Manager.
