Eric Bongaerts is a seasoned engineering professional with extensive experience in software and electronics management. Currently serving as Manager of Engineering at AgXeed since April 2021, Eric also holds responsibilities in Electrical and Software Management. Prior roles include Team Lead Software & Mechatronics and Lead Automation Engineer at CERESCON B.V. from November 2018 to April 2021, and a range of engineering positions at AGCO Corporation from May 2011 to October 2018, including Chief Engineer Software & Electronics. Additional experience includes a Research Engineer position at Fancom BV and Product Engineer Electronics at Lemken GmbH & Co. KG. Eric holds a Master’s degree in Agricultural & Bioresource Engineering and a Bachelor’s degree in Agrotechnologie from Wageningen University & Research, as well as a Gymnasium diploma from College Sittard.
