Ellen Williams, Ed.D., is a retired educator and advocate for gifted and talented education with extensive experience in curriculum writing and staff development. From 1976 to 2004, they taught various grades, ultimately serving as a Gifted and Talented Coordinator at Cypress Fairbanks ISD. Currently, as the President and Founder of Williams Educational Consulting, they consult with school districts to enhance programs related to gifted education, career readiness, and technical education. Additionally, Ellen is involved in contract research on education-related topics and has held consulting roles with organizations like aha! Process since 2017. They hold a Doctor of Education in Educational Leadership and Administration from Lamar University, as well as several other educational certifications.
