Danielle Baumer, SHRM-CP, is an experienced HR Manager at Ahaus Tool & Engineering, where they currently apply their extensive knowledge in human resources, payroll, recruiting, and management. They previously owned and instructed at Dare to Dream Dance & Cheer Academy from 2012 to 2018 and held various HR and administrative roles at companies such as Vandor Corp, Co-Alliance, and the Boys & Girls Club of Wayne County. Danielle earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration with a minor in Entrepreneurship from Indiana University East.
