Ankit Shah

Ankit Shah is an ITIL v4-certified Major Incident Manager with 15 years of end-to-end IT operations experience, currently working at AHEAD. Ankit has specialized in the BFSI and Data Center domains, demonstrating expertise in managing critical incidents with minimal downtime and ensuring stakeholder alignment. Previous roles include serving as an Incident Manager at IIFL and Xalient, as well as an Analyst at Accenture. Ankit’s early experience includes positions at IBM Daksh and Tech Mahindra Business Services, where they developed strong capabilities in incident management and operational efficiency.
