Brad Curtis

Brad Curtis is currently the Director of Client Operations at AHEAD, where they lead efforts in client engagement and operational excellence in the Charlotte Metro area. Previously, they held various roles at Bombardier Aerospace, Cessna Aircraft Company, CDI LLC, and TECT Aerospace, showcasing a diverse background in engineering, sales, and program management. Brad holds a degree in Organizational Management from Ashford University and previously studied Aviation Structural Repair at Pima Community College. Fueled by a passion for leadership and mentorship, they are committed to building cohesive teams that drive success.
