Dave Heintzelman

Dave Heintzelman is a highly experienced Specialist Solutions Engineer at AHEAD, with a focus on architecting complex solutions for modern endpoint workspaces since November 2019. Previously, Dave served as Practice Lead for Endpoint Strategies and as Principal Senior Technical Consultant for Modern Endpoints at CDI/Ahead, specializing in Microsoft Endpoint Manager Configuration Manager (MEMCM) and Microsoft Endpoint Manager (MEM). Dave's extensive background includes roles as Senior Microsoft Solutions Engineer at Arraya Solutions, Infrastructure Systems Administrator at Avantor Performance Materials, and Senior Field Support Engineer at St. Luke's University Hospital. With a solid foundation in endpoint support and management, as well as a degree in Applied Science from Northampton Community College, Dave is well-versed in IT project management, endpoint security, and large-scale deployment strategies.
