Derek Wise

Derek Wise is the Managing Principal at AHEAD, a consulting company that helps enterprises transform how and where they run applications and infrastructure. Derek has been with AHEAD since March 2015, and in their current role, they are responsible for leading the company's Public / Private Cloud Strategy, Roadmap and Design. Derek also oversees the End User Computing team and its Service Delivery throughout the American Family Insurance organization.

Previously, Derek was the End User Computing Manager at American Family Insurance, where they were responsible for managing the End User Computing team and its Service Delivery throughout the organization. Derek has also worked on several other projects, including Hybrid Cloud Computing Strategy, Desktop Virtualization (VDI), Enterprise File Sync & Share, Citrix XenDesktop & XenApp Deployment, Application Packaging & Delivery, Windows 7 Operating System Deployment, Asset Management Lifecycle, Mobile Tablet Evaluation & Provisioning, and OSX Management & Administration.

Derek Wise has an advanced management and leadership degree from the Wisconsin School of Business, an MBA in business administration from the University of Phoenix, and a BSM in management from the University of Phoenix. Derek also has a certification in Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.

Derek Wise reports to Daniel Adamany, CEO. Derek Wise works with Eric Kaplan - CTO, Jamie Nack - VP, Alliances, and Stephen Ayoub - President.
