Ernest Smith is an accomplished leader with extensive experience in managing operations and consulting within the commercial construction and manufacturing sectors. Currently serving as Managing Director at AHEAD since June 2018, Ernest has shown dedication to team development and client service. Previous roles included Managing Principal and Principal Consultant at AHEAD Advisory, where Ernest engaged in pre-sales, billable delivery, and resource management.
