Francis Fleury

Francis Fleury is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in project management and service delivery within the technology sector. Currently serving as the Director of ESM/ServiceNow PMO at AHEAD since March 2022, Francis has previously held director-level positions at KPMG and DXC Technology, where responsibilities included leading the ServiceNow practice across the Americas. Additional experience includes roles as Program Manager and Sr. Project Manager at DXC Technology, and Director of PMO at Linium. Early career roles span from Director of Infrastructure Solutions at Sirius Computer Solutions to Principal at Project Thinkers. Francis holds an MBA in Finance from The Sage Colleges and a BS in Computer Science from Siena College.
