Joseph Mancuso

Joseph Mancuso is an experienced Senior Client Manager with a strong background in client relations and account management, currently holding positions at AHEAD since January 2020 and Sovereign Systems since May 2017. Previously, Joseph held various roles at EMC from July 2011 to May 2017, including Commercial & Healthcare Account Manager and Territory Manager. Joseph's early career included key positions in the restaurant industry, such as Assistant General Manager at Not Your Average Joe's, where recognition was earned through the Presidents Award, and as a Service Manager at Bertucci's. Joseph began the journey in restaurant management with Back Bay Restaurant Group, Inc.
