Joshua Sem

Joshua Sem is currently employed as a ServiceNow Business Analyst at AHEAD, following a tenure at CDI LLC in the same role. In both positions, Joshua has facilitated client interactions to gather business and user requirements, collaborated with product owners and development teams, and authored various technical documents. Prior to that, Joshua worked at NTT DATA Services as a ServiceNow Business Analyst and supported business process consultants during implementations. Experience also includes a role as a Digital Transformation Consultant at Wells Fargo, where Joshua worked on the Microservice Enablement team as a Java developer. Joshua holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Information Technology from North Carolina Agricultural and Technical State University.
