Justin Formella

Justin Formella currently serves as SVP of Software and Technology at AHEAD since June 2023, following a long tenure at MBX Systems where Justin held various leadership roles including Chief Strategy Officer and Chief Information Officer. At MBX Systems, Justin Formella was instrumental in developing the company's overall strategy, leading product development, and ensuring a secure and efficient IT infrastructure. Previous experience includes roles as Director of Development at MBX Systems, where proprietary software infrastructure was established, and contributions to Autism Home Support Services, Inc. as an Advisory Board Member. Early career positions include software development at Motherboard Express Co. and Fox Computer Group.
