Kyle Firster

Kyle Firster is currently the Director of Managed Service Sales at AHEAD, a position held since February 2024. Prior to this, Kyle served as the Director of Managed Service Sales at CDI LLC from January 2022 to February 2024 and gained significant experience at Candoris, a CDI Company, where roles included Account Executive and MSP Team Lead from December 2016 to December 2021. Earlier in the career, Kyle worked at Dell, progressing through roles such as Inside Sales Representative II - Data Protection, Senior Inside Product Specialist, and Inside Product Specialist from May 2012 to December 2016. Kyle holds a Bachelor of Science in Economics from Penn State University, earned in 2012.
