Kyle Wiley is an experienced professional with a robust background in technology and solutions engineering. Currently serving as the Director of Specialist Solutions Engineering for Intelligent Ops at AHEAD since March 2019, Kyle previously held various roles at CDI LLC, including Senior Technical Consultant and Director of Solutions Architecture - Digital. With a foundation in IT service management and support roles at Inspire Brands and Northeast Georgia Health System, Kyle also possesses expertise in ServiceNow and data management, having started as a Helpdesk Analyst before advancing into management positions. Kyle holds a Bachelor's Degree in Management Information Systems from DeVry University and a Network Specialist Diploma from Lanier Technical College.
