Laura Sexton

Laura Sexton serves as the Delivery Manager for Enterprise Service Management at AHEAD, where roles include overseeing solutions for digital business transformation following the merger of AHEAD, RoundTower, and Kovarus in 2020. Concurrently, Laura holds the position of ServiceNow Delivery Manager at RoundTower Technologies, overseeing the ServiceNow development team. Prior experience at Unum spans over 16 years in various leadership roles, including Director of IT Delivery, where responsibilities encompassed managing the ServiceNow platform, driving IT Service Management solutions, and leading strategic IT operations projects. Laura's academic background includes a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from The University of Tennessee at Chattanooga.
