Matt Searfoss

Matt Searfoss is a seasoned IT professional with extensive experience in managed services and enterprise operations, currently serving as the Director of the Enterprise Operations Center at AHEAD since June 2015. This role followed a tenure as the Director of Support Services at CDI Managed Services, where Searfoss oversaw 24x7 monitoring and support teams. Previous positions include Chief Technical Officer at SA IT Services, Vice President Sales/Enterprise Solutions at Abacus Solutions, and Vice President & General Manager at Peak 10, where Searfoss was instrumental in establishing the Atlanta market presence. With a strong background in professional services, sales, and technical operations, Searfoss began a career in IT as a Senior Systems Engineer at Sears Business Centers after earning a BS in Engineering, Systems Science from UCLA.
