Matthew Osten

Matthew Osten has extensive experience in IT sales and consulting, having held various leadership roles across several notable companies. From February 2001 to January 2011, Matthew served as a Senior Account Executive at Sirius Computer Solutions, focusing on IT infrastructure solutions. Matthew later progressed to roles at Dell Technologies from October 2014 to July 2015, where responsibilities included managing sales and support for EMC's products. Following this, Matthew became the Regional Sales Director at Rubrik, Inc. from October 2021 to May 2025, before transitioning to the role of Client Director at AHEAD in May 2025. Matthew is recognized as a successful team builder with a strong history of achieving sales goals through active engagement and effective pipeline management.
