Mike Koebel

Mike Koebel, MBA, is an experienced ITSM Architect and BA Team Lead at AHEAD since June 2016, with a strong background in ServiceNow and cloud project management. Previous roles at AHEAD include Delivery Process Manager and Program Delivery Manager, contributing to expertise in ServiceNow implementations. Prior to AHEAD, Mike held the position of Senior Project Manager at Gorilla Group, focusing on Magento, and served as Technology Project Manager at Dell EMC. Additional experience includes leadership in Habitat for Humanity through AmeriCorps and an analyst/project manager role at Analytic Partners. Mike holds a degree in Marketing and International Business from Miami University and an MBA from the University of Massachusetts Amherst.
