Nancy Mitchell

Nancy Mitchell serves as a Senior People Business Partner at AHEAD since January 2020, following the merger of Data Blue LLC and Ahead Inc. Responsibilities include consulting with leadership on HR matters, analyzing HR metrics, resolving employee relations issues, and enhancing workforce planning. Prior to AHEAD, Nancy held the position of Human Resources & Collections at Data Blue, managing payroll and employee benefits following the acquisition of LPS Integration, where payroll responsibilities were also significant. Earlier experience includes roles in accounting and human resources, notably as a Staff Accountant at Montgomery Bell Academy and an Office Manager at Lam-Andrews. Nancy holds an Associate degree in Accounting from Career Com Junior Business College and a high school diploma from Trigg County High School.
