Nitin Sethi

Nitin Sethi is an experienced training and development professional currently serving as a Training Manager at AHEAD since January 2025. Previously, Nitin held various roles at Rackspace Technology, including Global Business Trainer IV and Global Business Trainer III from May 2020 to January 2025. Nitin also worked as a Learning and Development Manager at Max Healthcare for nearly a year and contributed to the hospitality sector as a Cluster Training Manager at Wyndham Worldwide from December 2015 to June 2019. Earlier experience includes positions with The Lalit Suri Hospitality Group and Convergys, as well as roles in front office management at The Leela Palaces & Resorts and Trident Hotels. Nitin holds an M.B.A. in Human Resources from Amity University and degrees from Delhi University and Frankfinn Institute of Airhostess Training.
