Parul Bhatia

Parul Bhatia currently serves as Senior Manager of HR Operations at AHEAD since July 2023. Previously, Parul held the position of Manager of Human Resources at Rackspace Technology from August 2018 to June 2023. Prior to that role, Parul worked as a Human Resources Executive at Protiviti from May 2014 to August 2018, and as an HR Professional at Bennett Coleman and Co. Ltd. (Times Group) for a brief period in 2013. Parul began a career in human resources as a Project Consultant at Thomson Reuters from October 2012 until June 2013. Parul earned a Master of Business Administration in Human Resources Management and Services from the Indian Institute of Planning and Management between 2010 and 2012.
