Renzo Chavez

Renzo Chavez currently serves as a Product Owner and Service Delivery Manager for ServiceNow MS at AHEAD, a position held since February 2024. Prior to this role, Renzo worked at CDI LLC in the same capacity for a brief tenure from December 2023 to February 2024. Renzo's experience also includes a significant period at LIT from August 2020 to November 2023, where responsibilities included managing ITSM and the ServiceNow platform, as well as overseeing IT service delivery and operations.
