Russ Hardison

Russ Hardison is currently the Sr. Director of Managed Services at AHEAD, where they oversee the global delivery of Network and Collaboration service lines and lead Engineering Support Services. Previously, they held notable positions at Cisco, including Sr. Director & GM of Cisco Managed Services, managing a $300M P&L and a team of approximately 2,200 people. Throughout their career, Russ has focused on delivery strategy, cost management, and customer relationship management, showcasing their leadership in technical support and engineering across multiple roles.
