Ryan Novroski

Ryan Novroski is a Senior Engineer at AHEAD, starting in February 2024, with a background in service delivery. Previously, Ryan served as a Systems Administrator at CDI LLC from January 2022 to February 2024, following the acquisition of High Availability, Inc., where Ryan held the same role from May 2021 to January 2022. Between March 2019 and April 2021, Ryan was a Systems Administrator at Toll Brothers, managing hybrid Windows environments, VMware, Commvault, and automating tasks using PowerShell. Ryan's earlier experience includes a supervisory role at Penn State University’s Knowledge Commons Service Desk, where Ryan provided technical support and trained consultants. Ryan holds a Bachelor of Science in Information Sciences and Technology from Penn State University and a Networking & Operating Systems Security certificate from Middle Bucks Institute of Technology.
