Steve Ricketts

Steve Ricketts, PMP, currently serves as Program Delivery Manager for Microsoft/EUC at AHEAD, where leadership is provided to a team of Program and Project Managers overseeing complex projects. Prior experience includes roles at CDI LLC as a project success facilitator, Senior Project Manager at High Availability, and Team Lead in the Project Management Office at Arraya Solutions, where a Project Management Office was established. Steve Ricketts has also held significant positions at SunGard Availability Services, Ajilon, Global Logistics Technologies, PFPC, and FNX Limited, focusing on quality assurance and project management across various software applications. Ricketts holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from La Salle University.
