Tim Brooks possesses extensive experience in IT leadership and systems engineering, currently serving as Director of Intelligent Support and Director of Technical Operations at AHEAD since October 2013. Brooks has successfully transformed the service desk, enhancing operational efficiency while also leading teams at CDI LLC and previous positions at Intelinet Systems, TEKsystems, and 360IT Partners. In addition to technical proficiency, Brooks has a proven track record of improving customer satisfaction and developing standardized processes across multiple regions. Armed with a BS in Network Security and Computer Forensics from Kaplan University, Brooks also contributed significantly during service in the US Navy as Lead Systems Administrator.
