Tim McGrath

Tim McGrath has extensive experience in service delivery management, primarily within the technology sector. Currently serving as Service Delivery Director and Service Delivery Manager at AHEAD since January 2018, Tim also holds the role of Service Delivery Manager at RoundTower Technologies, LLC. Prior to these positions, Tim worked at Hewlett Packard in various capacities, including Account Delivery Manager for Virtual Private Cloud for Procter & Gamble, and Service Delivery Manager for Collaboration. Earlier roles include Global Account Delivery Manager for Sara Lee at HP Enterprise Services and Service Architect at HP. Tim began a career in management at Procter & Gamble. Tim holds a Master of Science in Industrial Engineering and Computer Engineering from the University of Michigan and a Bachelor of Science in Math and Computer Science from Beloit College.
