Support Services Quality Manager

Tim Wilkowski is an experienced quality management professional with a strong background in customer quality support, data analysis, and continuous improvement initiatives. Currently serving as Support Services Quality Manager at AHEAD since February 2019, Tim has previously held the position of Quality Manager at MBX Systems from February 2019 to June 2023. Tim's career began at Dedicated Computing, where roles included Customer Quality Technician, Quality Engineering Specialist, and Production Technician from November 2004 to February 2019. Additional experience includes operations management at Quad/Graphics and material handling at CSE (Caliendo-Savio Enterprises, Inc.). Tim is a graduate of Brensten Education's MCSE Career Track program and holds a diploma from New Berlin High School.
